Intermediate - A Paradidle Warm Up In 16ths

	  		

  This is something you should do as fast and for as long as you can- its
       great for increasing the speed in which you get from other parts of the 
 kit back to the snare, from the snare to the other parts of the kit.
      think of a Paradidle as RLRR LRLL
            now for each R do Four 16ths  on the snare, and for each left do Four 16ths on 
 a tom/cymbal etc E.G: sticking should prabably just be a simple RLRL if you want it really 
  fast.

HH = Hats
SD = Snare Drum
st = Small Tom
LT = Large Tom
FT = Floor Tom
