Hard without double bass, but possible. (Actually you need the left foot for the high hat ? so no double bass!)

Okay here?s a pretty challenging double bass drum beat/fill/heavy metal groove ? bash it out of the drums. I 
havent dared to play this one with my band. Consider yourself GOOD if you can go over 70 bpm with this like 
I wrote it. (I think it sounds best at 60)
