Intermediate - Latin Beat

Hey this is something i got of of a drum book i learnt from.
It is a variation of a latin beat and it is called \\\\\"Beguine\\\\\".
I think its great for improving the hand and foot co-ordination..
here it is:

   r l   r l r l l

SD|o-/---o-/-o-----|
BD|o-----------o---|
Hf|----x---o---x---|
  (1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + )

... so basically keep your right hand above the snare,
and you just have to alternate your left hand from palia to
tom at the end of the beat..
