This a way to improve your co-ordination and and speed with sixteenths on the hi hat 
and bass drum. To play 2 handed 16ths you play 16ths on the hi hat starting with your right hand and when the ther is a snare beat on 2 and 4 you move you right hand and hi the snare drum.
