OK, this beat is actually the start to the Tool song TICKS AND LEECHES, but I find it really good for coordination.
It's played quite fast on the album, so the idea of this used as an exercise is to start out slowly, and gradually build up the speed.
Plus, go and find a copy of the song to hear this at its full potential, and you get to hear what it becomes. BRILLIANT!
