• If you wish to request some music, do it by clicking here and be sure that the music does not exist in the site by doing a search by artist, music title or even by lyric part.
• If you want to request your BillionChords activation code please send us the serial number of your software, your username and, if possible, the number of your transaction.
• If you'd like to request some music by email keep in mind that we'll only answer you after the music is found.
• If your going to ask us something regarding your account please provide your login name.
